Zuni Rock (travertine) Flying Pig by Enrike Leekya Discount Original

A yellow/golden ocher and gray colored Zuni rock, travertine pig with wings that will be added to the pig’s body by the customer who buys this pig(along with a small tube of epoxy that will be included in the box). Carved by Enrike Leekya with turquoise inlaid eyes, this pig has lovely contrasting pen shell inlaid snout and hooves. This brings to life the phrase “when pigs can fly”. Since 1616, the phrase has been used to denote impossibility. The idiom is apparently derived from a centuries-old Scottish proverb
